I live in the City of Tonawanda, on Tussing Lane. Oftentimes in the early morning (I’m up at 3am and off to work about 4:30) the air is bad. i would think that after all you’ve done, and with the fines levied, and all; that this would not be the case. Please feel free to contact me. Thanx.
Tom- would like to hear more. It is common to hear that pollution is worse at night (when no one is watching), that’s why we must remain vigilant. I live in Kenmore and have found a noticeable improvement.
